Understanding the Ordering Process
If our printing does not meet industry standards due to errors made on our behalf, we will either re-print and re-ship the job at no charge or give a credit for a future order. We will not refund money for any reason once an order is finalized. Orders mistakenly placed for the wrong product, quantity, files, shipping method, or payment method are out of our control; as such, we shall not be held responsible, nor will we be obliged to provide a discount of any sort.
As a provider of convenient, fast, and affordable printing services, we rely on the cooperation of our customers to help make the process as smooth as possible — if you have any questions at all about products, turnaround, quality, or anything else, please contact us before placing your order.

What is a re-printable item?Production errors made on our behalf during the production process.
What is not a re-printable item?Grammatical or spelling errors, or omissions made on artwork provided by the customer.
Incorrect artwork specifications on customer-supplied artwork, such as incorrect bleed, low-resolution elements, etc.
Before any job is approved for re-print we require samples to be sent to us for verification. We may, at our discretion, issue a pickup request by international post or any other courier service.
TurnaroundProduction Business Days run Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm excluding major Holidays. Orders approved before 5PM EST will be considered ordered the next business day. Any order approved after 5PM will be considered ordered on the 2nd business day. 9x5.eu will do everything in its power to correctly produce your job in a timely manner, but cannot guarantee a specific shipping or arrival date. 7-10 business days printing turnaround after your approval is an estimate, and is not to be confused with a guarantee. Customer service, sales, shipping, prepress, or graphics agents do not have the authority to promise turnaround times. If any of the aforementioned departments gives the customer a turnaround time or promises turnaround estimate, then it is not to be construed as a guarantee.
Payment TermsBy submitting and approving an online order, all orders must be prepaid. We accept PayPal & bank transfer at the moment, credit card payment available soon.
Quotations/Estimates:Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 30 days. An estimate not accepted within 30 days may be changed.
Orders9x5.eu reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. 9x5.eu is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to 9x5.eu for printing and/or publication.
Refund/Return PolicyYou may request to cancel your order at any time prior to the creation of a design proof at no cost.
Accuracy of SpecificationsQuotations are based on the accuracy of the specifications provided. 9x5.eu can re-quote a job at the time of submission if the art does not conform to the information on which the original estimate was based. Orders placed with 9x5.eu are to the client’s knowledge correct, and there are no conditions or agreements relating to the order which are not written or accompanying said order.
Liability9x5.eu’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. 9x5.eu warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. 9x5.eu makes no other warranty and no actions or words of 9x5.eu or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
IndemnificationThe customer represents that it has the legal right to produce all printed materials ordered from 9x5.eu. In the event that a charge, claim or demand, or arbitration, action or proceeding (collectively, a “Claim”) is made or commenced against 9x5.eu based upon, relating to or arising from the alleged wrongful acts of the customers, or alleging that the printing performed or product produced by 9x5.eu ordered by the customer: (a.) infringes any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any person; or (b.) contains matter that is libelous, slanderous, defamatory, scandalous or obscene, the customer shall indemnify and hold 9x5.eu harmless from and against any loss, damages, cost and expense arising from or related to the Claim including without limitation; (1.) defending 9x5.eu against any such Claim (2.) paying any judgment or award against the customer; and (3.) reimbursing 9x5.eu for any legal fees and expenses it reasonably incurs in responding.
Electronic Manuscripts / Images9x5.eu does not archive your work for longer than it takes to produce the final product.
Corrections9x5.eu is not responsible information missed by the client during the proofing process including but not limited to; typos, missing information, missing dates, missing venues, or any other information the client felt should have been placed on their piece.
9x5.eu will work with the client to get a corrected piece but will not offer a refund, partial or full for incorrect or missing information on designed pieces that were approved by the client.
The Guarantee of Color and Exact Color MatchingBecause of differences in equipment, paper, inks, and other conditions between color proofing and production pressroom operations, a “pleasing color” variation between color proofs and the completed job [as determined by generally accepted trade technical methods] is to be expected. When such a variation occurs, it will be considered acceptable performance. 9x5.eu is not liable for color shifts and will not offer credits or refunds.
Why we don't support the Inkjet or Laser Proofs?Inkjet and laser prints are known to look substantially different than offset printing. We don't offer quick turnaround and low prices for printing to a “pleasing color” standard, because there is no guarantee that your finished piece will match your printed sample. This is due to the varying results from different output devices including inkjet printers, and laser devices.
Overruns / Underruns9x5.eu will normally deliver the exact quantity of goods ordered plus a small additional amount. There is no extra charge for the additional amount. In the event of an underrun, 9x5.eu may bill for the actual quantity delivered. The generally accepted trade practice is plus or minus 5%. All packages are weighed before departure and meet our weight specifications for the amount packaged. If you receive a quantity less than 5% of the industry standards for over / underruns then please inspect the box for shipping damage. Shipping damage is generally the culprit for product shortages.
Delivery9x5.eu is not responsible for delays and/or damage incurred during shipping. Title for finished work passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier at shipping point; or upon mailing of invoices for the finished work or its segments, whichever comes first.
Claims and DisputesClaims for defects, damages, or shortages must be made by the client in writing no later than 48 Hours after delivery. If no such claim is made, 9x5.eu and the client will understand that the job has been accepted. By accepting the job, the client acknowledges that 9x5.eu has fully satisfied all terms, conditions and specifications.
Right to Subcontract9x5.eu shall have the right to assign any portion of the work required to another contractor (subcontractor).
Privacy StatementAny information 9x5.eu collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes.
Samples9x5.eu might use your product for samples or advertising purposes.

Paper Weight: Business cards are printed on heavy card stock, generally the rule is to use stock that is at least 300 g/m2 (density), 45 kg (100 lb - weight), or 12 pt in thickness.
Shipping & Postal Delivery TimesAll delivery dates are estimate. 9x5.eu is not responsible for delays caused by the International postal services. 9x5.eu has no control over the courier services or any other common carriers’ delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered.
9x5.eu responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to courier company. 9x5.eu’s responsibility ends courier company takes possession of package. In no event shall 9x5.eu be liable for courier company performance failures or delivery delays.
The customer cannot dispute charges for additional postage or processing fees levied by courier company or 9x5.eu due to negligence in following couries company's guidelines. Errors in Mailing9x5.eu shall be liable only to the extent of remailing a correction or corrected job as soon as possible to rectify the mistake. Damages shall be limited to the value of the work performed. In no case is 9x5.eu liable for loss of business; incidental or consequential damages; or costs in excess of billing for services related to the specific job.
The customer will defend and hold 9x5.eu harmless in any suit or court action brought against 9x5.eu by others for alleged damages, costs, expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), liabilities or losses resulting from circumstances where 9x5.eu, acting as the customer’s agent, uses copy, photographs, or illustrations that are believed by others to be degrading, libelous or harmful to their reputations, images, or standing in the community or which in 9x5.eu sole judgment is an infringement on a trademark, or trade name, or service mark, or copyright belonging to others, or in a suit or court action brought against 9x5.eu for actions of the customer’s employees which may occur as a result of any mailing.
Changes9x5.eu may change, modify, add or remove portions of this policy at any time, and any changes will become effective immediately upon being posted unless stated otherwise.
Finalization of Sales and Refund PolicyDue to the custom nature of your print job, all sales are final once they have entered production. All Sales Are Final.
